Isa was a female bottlenose dolphin native to the Adriatic Sea, where she was captured in 1989. In that same year, Isa arrived at the Dolphinarium in Riccione where she began her coexistence with other dolphins such as Pelè , Bravo , Candy and Anay . By the end of 1992, Isa became pregnant and a few months later, she was transferred to a small nursery in Cattolica, where on 6 July of that year she successfully gave birth to her first baby: the calf, a boy, is then called Golia. Mother and baby spent their first year together in the small dolphinarium in Cattolica, before returning to Riccione, where Isa became pregnant again. On June 17, 1997, her second calf was born, another male who was later named Silver. Both were conceived with a dolphin named Bravo.

Spending her life between the Dolphinarium of Riccione and Cattolica, unfortunately little is known about her entire past and her character: in May 2001, in fact, Isa died after contracting an infection that proved fatal. In that same year, both of her sons were transferred to the Aquarium of Genoa.
